How To Use Activities

Bible activities draw children into the lesson, after all, how long can we expect kids to sit still and listen to us talk? Many children learn best while participating in hands-on experiences. We design our Preschool activities specifically for children who are new to reading, or who cannot read at all, whereas activities for Grade school may contain a significant amount of reading.

Activity Index:

The Activity Index is arranged alphabetically by title, with a brief description next to each. To view the actual content, simply click on the Title. Each activity will have one or more application, which can be found at the top of the page. Use our handy Topical Indexes to find activities that go with a particular subject or lesson objective.

Handouts:

Many activities have handout pages for you to give to the children. When available, you will find a link to each handout page in the materials lists on the Activity page. Most handouts are suitable using any version of the Bible. However, when appropriate, we provide a King James Version along with a New International version.

Printing:

Handout pages are in PDF form for easy and consistent printing. You can produce the number of copies needed using your printer or a copy machine. To print PDF files, you must have Adobe reader. To download the free program from the Adobe website, click here
